Illinois Solar for All has qualified HeatSpring as an Other Qualifying Program (OQP), because completing our coursework would lead an eligible trainee to become a Qualified Person under the Illinois Adm. Code 468.20 as listed in the Illinois Solar for All Approved Vender Manual .
To be considered an eligible trainee, students must complete at least 50% of our 58-Hour Advanced PV Certification Training Series, which prepares students to take the NABCEP PV Installation Professional (PVIP) exam. This series includes the Solar PV Boot Camp + NABCEP PV Associate Exam Prep and the 40-Hour NABCEP Advanced PV Certification Training and CEUs.
To be 50% complete, students must fully complete the Solar PV Boot Camp + NABCEP PV Associate Exam Prep course and complete all the way through to the end of Module 1 of the 40-Hour NABCEP Advanced PV Certification Training and CEUs course.
